Job Description – AM HR Helpdesk
The AM – HR Helpdesk role involves supporting key Human Resource functions and ensuring smooth daily operations within the organization.
You will handle responsibilities across various HR domains like:
✅ HR policy & program administration
✅ Employee onboarding & offboarding
✅ HR documentation & personnel records management
✅ HRIS support and system updates
✅ Employee grievance handling and communication
✅ Labor and employee relations support
✅ Rewards and recognition coordination

✅ Supporting mobility & relocation processes (if needed)
