Job Description
As a Fullstack Software Development Engineer, you will work with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and senior developers. Your work will focus on building robust services and platforms that power TELUS Digital AI solutions.
You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle including:

✅ Writing clean & scalable code
✅ Building APIs & UI components

Responsibilities
- Develop backend services and high-performance digital platforms
- Follow software development lifecycle standards at TELUS AI
- Write scalable, maintainable, & unit-tested code
- Work closely with product & tech teams
- Write detailed technical specifications
- Improve existing systems through enhancements & bug fixing
- Deliver high-quality code in fast-paced sprints
Required Skills & Eligibility
- Strong problem-solving skills and learning attitude
- Excellent knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms & OOP
- Good understanding of JavaScript, and strong programming logic
- Experience in one backend language:
✅ Java / C# / Python / GoLang - Knowledge of Databases:
✅ MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL fundamentals - Frontend skills:
✅ HTML5, CSS3, React.js - Good understanding of web development fundamentals
